About the Group

It all started with the incorporation of Bhagwati Builders Pvt. Ltd. as the flagship company on Feb 14, 1997 with Sanjay Gupta as the Managing Director. Under his leadership, the company built more than just houses, they built life time relations with all people associated with them. The beginning was modest but utmost dedication and toil reaped its fruits in the form of successfully delivered projects in Vaishali, Rajendra Nagar, Shalimar Garden and Indirapuram.

In 2006, the team joined the hands to launch its first multi-storey group housing project ShriRam Residency under the flagship company Perfect Structures India Pvt. Ltd. The project was successfully completed by 2008 and handed over to its esteemed customers.

The company has already delivered a big business centre, Shri Ram Business Centre, in Vasundhara and a residential project, Shri Ram Residency, in Indirapuram. Both of these are completed as per plan and delivered within schedule.

Subsequently to the success of these two projects, the company launched its ambitious residential project, Shri Ram Heights. Mr. Sanjay Gupta, who heads the company, is a man of rich experience and integrity. His guiding principle is 'customer first'. Having the latest technology, equipments and experienced professionals in its fold, the company is moving forward steadily from strength to strength, building trust and relationship.
